Boonbuy Spreadsheet

The boonbuy spreadsheet collects products a shopper can send to the Boonbuy agent. Each row is a pointer: photo, title, marketplace, yuan price, and a note. Boonbuy does not need you to check out on Taobao yourself.

Treat the photo as the standard for later QC. Treat the yuan number as a snapshot that can go stale. Treat the marketplace cell as a warning about quantity, especially when it says 1688.

This edition stays on the columns. Read a boonbuy spreadsheet row until the photo, the yuan price, the shop, and the marketplace all agree.

A finished instruction is one link, one size, one color, and a remark a buyer can follow in a queue. After that, the sheet's work is done and the warehouse's work starts.

This page does not hold live stock. When a row and a listing disagree, the listing and the agent checkout are the prices that can take money. The row is the note you started from.

These five rows show how a boonbuy spreadsheet is read. Yuan figures are illustrations, not offers, and the swatches stand in for product photos.

Columns worth slowing down for

  • Photo — the claim QC will test.
  • Marketplace — Taobao, Weidian, or 1688.
  • Yuan — a snapshot, not a locked quote.
  • Note — a concrete warning, or it is noise.
